We are interested as Agents for Arculli Brothers. Hong Kong, in obtaining delivery of a consignment of 10 cases of Nails per the above steamer, which we are informed has now discharged all its cargo at Leghorn to be delivered on the following conditions:-

Delivery of complete set of Bills of Lading and all
original invoices.
Payment of a contribution to General Average amounting
to 4% on the value of the goode c.i.f. according to the original invoices.
Payment of all the expenses of unloading, placing in
warehouse, storage, insurance, etc.
The consignment is valued at £19.14.5 and originally
constituted part of a bill for £267.10.7 drawn by Jeremiah
Lyon and Co. Ltd. London, on Arculli Bros. Hong Kong, negotiated by us before the War and, as above indicated, since paid. We shall feel much obliged if you will let
us have your authority to comply with the foregoing
conditions, including the transmission of money for the
purposes indicated,
